For the following plans, we submit claims directly to your insurer:

Medicare and most Medicare insurance plans.

Capital Blue Cross including the PPO, Traditional, Special Care and Point of Service Plans (not Keystone).

Highmark Blue Shield.

Coventry Health Care Plans including Builders Benefits Plan.

For patients without health insurance, our doctor visits are billed according to the length of time that the doctor spends with you.  Timing begins after the physician enters your home/workplace, and ends when he begins to prepare your bill:

  • <30 minutes - $75
  • 30-39 minutes - $100
  • 40-49 minutes - $125
  • 50-59 minutes - $150
  • >59 minutes - $175

Additional charges that may be incurred:

  • Suturing - $50
  • Lab (simple tests - strep, urine, etc) - $15 each
  • IV fluid and/or IV medication administration - $25
  • Splints, crutches, durable goods, etc - our cost + $2 restocking fee
  • Medication - our cost + $2 restocking fee

If we do not participate in your insurance plan, the doctor can provide you with a completed standardized insurance form for you to submit to your insurer for reimbursement.
