East Penn House Calls does not participate in most other insurance plans. However, the doctor can provide you a completed standardized insurance form, which you can submit to your insurer for reimbursement of the cost of the visit. Your eligibility for reimbursement from your insurer will depend upon the stipulations of your insurance contract.
For insurers (except Capital Blue Cross, Highmark Blue Shield, and Coventry) that distinguish between participating (in-network) and non-participating (out of network) providers, East Penn House Calls will be considered a non-participating (out of network) provider.
In order to be reimbursed for the visit, you will need to have met your annual deductible, as defined by your insurance plan.
East Penn House Calls has no negotiated fee schedules with your insurance company (except Capital Blue Cross, Highmark Blue Shield, and Coventry), so reimbursement from your insurer may be less than the submitted bill.
East Penn House Calls visits are eligible for reimbursement from your HSA. If your HSA provides you a major debit card, you can use this to pay for the visit.
East Penn House Calls visits are eligible for reimbursement from your FSA.
